I am a wedding photographer and in love with my job. This is my life my passion and I can't imagine doing anything else. I work hard for all my wedding couples to help their wedding day feel like their own. I would say my style is natural, relaxed, and beautiful. I love to take photos in a documentary-styled way, which allows me to capture the moment and the memory for you to re-live through my pictures, no matter what you are planning for your big day.

Dogs as ring bearers? Let's do it. Bring your motorbike? Go for it. How about a breakdance battle for your first dance? Yes! Intimate wedding in your backyard? I don’t know yet what you have in mind, but I can’t wait to plan with you.

I love to travel around the UK, Europe, well really the World. Although I spend most of my time around the North EastNorthumberland, Lake District... That doesn't mean I don't go further. I always love to visit new places so no matter where your ideal location is, send me a quick 'Hello', and I would love to photograph your journey.

Whether you are comfortable in front of the lens or not, I have plenty of experience to help create your natural photos without feeling too weird.

A bit more about me, well first things first my name! Most people first think it's Italian but actually, my parents are Greek Cypriot, yet I was born in the North East of England, where I have spent most of my life. The next thing is how do you pronounce Georgiou? It's George-ee-o (but don't worry if you are still not sure, this is very often a great conversation starter!)

I married my beautiful wife Libby who is from North Yorkshire, Thirsk to be exact and I have three amazing children. Two girls, a boy and a man's best friend, my dog. Why photography? Well, my mother gave me my first camera when I was about 8/9, and as nobody in my family was able to use it (or wanted to use it) from there my love for photography was born.

I love documenting weddings exactly as they happen in real-time, capturing the natural, relaxed moments of emotion, joy, and intimacy. Wedding photography is a passion, I love what I do, and I’m incredibly lucky to be able to capture moments of love and happiness that you can look back on for years to come. Feel free to check out some of my wedding photography. Although I am based in the North East of the UK, I do love to travel all around the world to capture beautiful weddings, so if you have any questions or enquiries, please don't hesitate and get in touch as I would love to talk and get to know more about you and your special day.

I don't need to hear a single word when I get feedback on my work, as the smile on people's faces is enough when they take a look at their photos (But I still get reviews).

Want to know more about my style? Well, they say a picture says a thousand words so just take a look at my portfolio or Instagram, feed...

I also write a blog about my current work.

I wanted to mention one thing about discarding a photographer for not photographing your wedding venue before. This is what I did and this is my first time here, so don't let this put you off! Oh, and I was featured in an article on the back of this too! Want to know and see more of what I did when I first went to Kielder Water in Northumberland, then check out some of the photos I did in this highlight album...

It was great to find out that one of my weddings that I did in York, for a couple that was supposed to get married in Portugal, which was postponed due to COVID-19, was featured in a bridal magazine Bride. They marked the original wedding day that was cancelled with a little family get-together and a photoshoot, which was beautiful to be part of and capture.

If you are still on the fence about whether or not to go ahead and book one of my packages for your amazing wedding day, I'm going to try and make it a little easier, by taking the time to read the last few words on this page, if you go ahead and make a booking, I'm going to offer you a free Pre-Wedding Shoot worth £100, all you have to do, to prove you have read this to the end, is quote me "Mary Poppins!" (Lots of great Pre-Wedding Shoot location to choose from, must be done within a 30-minute drive from my location otherwise a small travel expense will need to be added)
