Looking For Northumberland Wedding Photographers?

NORTHUMBERLAND WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER, Nick Georgiou

I have been a Northumberland wedding photographer for many years, This is my life my passion and I can't imagine doing anything else. I work hard for all my wedding couples to help their wedding day feel like their own. Choosing a Northumberland wedding photographer is not as easy as it sounds, there are so many to choose from, the biggest advice I can give if you are on the fence is to try and meet in person, on a video call. I love to meet all couples and I believe this is important as it gives us an opportunity to see if we gel and if you feel comfortable, after all, you will be spending the full and very important day with me.

My style is natural, relaxed, fun and beautiful. I love to take photos in a documentary-styled way, which allows me to capture, moments and emotion and that you can re-live through my pictures, no matter what you are planning for your big day.

Dogs as ring bearers? Let's do it. Bring your motorbike? Go for it. How about a breakdance battle for your first dance? Yes! Intimate wedding in your backyard? I don’t know yet what you have in mind, but I can’t wait to plan with you.

I love to travel around the UK, Europe, and well really the World. Although I spend most of my time around the North East, I still love to come to Northumberland, Lake District... That doesn't mean I don't go further. I always love to visit new places so no matter where your ideal location is, send me a quick 'Hello', and I would love to photograph your journey.

Whether you are comfortable in front of the lens or not, I have plenty of experience to help create your natural photos without feeling too weird.

Northumberland

Northumberland is a historic county in the northeast of England, known for its stunning coastline, rolling hills, and rich heritage. The county is home to the Northumberland National Park, which is a vast area of rolling hills and moorland dotted with picturesque villages and farmsteads. The coast of Northumberland is dotted with miles of sandy beaches, rocky cliffs, and hidden coves. It is also home to the Farne Islands, which are a popular spot for birdwatching and wildlife spotting, including seals, puffins, and terns.

The county is steeped in history, with a number of castles and fortifications dating back to the medieval period. The most famous of these is probably Bamburgh Castle, which sits on a rocky outcrop overlooking the North Sea. The castle is a well-preserved example of Norman architecture and has played a key role in the history of the region.

Northumberland is also known for its Roman heritage, with Hadrian's Wall running through the county and a number of Roman forts, settlements, and ruins dotted along the wall. The wall was built by the Roman Emperor Hadrian in the 2nd century to mark the northern frontier of the Roman Empire and to protect it from barbarian invasions.

In recent years, Northumberland has become a popular destination for walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers, offering a wealth of opportunities to explore the great outdoors. Whether you are looking for a peaceful countryside retreat, a rugged coastal adventure, or a history-filled journey through time, Northumberland has something for everyone.

top 3 Popular Wedding Venues, Northumberland

I visit Northumberland many times a year for a wedding and some of my popular wedding venues are Healey Barn which I absolutely love I love the colours of exposed beams and bricks which suits perfectly with my style of photography with my colour tones, if you look at any of my photo galleries from Healey Barn you will see what I mean. Another is Le Petit Château, as you have probably guessed by some of the photos you will find throughout my website. Another is Newton Hall again although this is slightly different than say Healey Barn it still suits me perfectly on my approach and style of photography. There are more Northumberland wedding venues I love and have photographed, to see them please go to my galleries.
